Erzscheidergaarden Hotell

We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Nina, who was at the reception, who also gave us a nice introduction to the history of the hotel. The room was very clean, and all toiletries of highest quality. In addition, we have to comment on how accommodating the property is. We mixed up the dates of our arrival/booking, and arrived a day layer than what we actually booked. We received a friendly reminder call to check in, and when we realized that we made a mistake with the dates, we were offered a complimentary rebooking. We are very grateful for this.

Room in the ancient part of the building was so cozy, it felt of being in a Time Machine. Great Breakfast with many local products. Friendly staff. Position in the city centre, 10 min from the station and in front of the church. Warm beverages (tea & coffee & cacao) and cake and cookies available the whole day. Common areas very cozy e welcoming.

The breakfast was outstanding. The guests were not numerous but several were very friendly. The location is perfect. Røros is a World Heritage Site and we want to come back, though I hear it gets very cold in the winter. We will stick with summer visits. We had perfect weather. The car show was fun.

Beautiful historic hotel in a great location close to Røros church. Cozy and comfortable room. Lovely lounge area with coffee and cake. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.
